The Greenwich House Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program gives individuals the support they need to overcome their addictions, regain self-sufficiency and build rewarding lives. Our professionally licensed social workers and counselors work with more than 300 clients at a given time, offering:

• Group and Specialty Group Treatment
• Psychiatric Evaluation, Dual Diagnosis Treatment
• Medication Management and Suboxone Maintenance
• Vocational, Educational and Computer Programs

Fees
We accept Medicaid and participate in many commercial insurance and managed-care plans. We can verify your coverage and obtain service authorization, where applicable. Fees can also be calculated on a sliding scale.
The Greenwich House Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS); it is funded by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
